Referral Program Policy
This policy covers the Job Buddiez sales partner referral program. A full signed policy document may be provided separately; where the two differ, the signed document controls.
Who can take part
Sales partners are approved individually by Job Buddiez. Each partner receives a unique referral code and a commission percentage set by Job Buddiez. Codes and rates cannot be changed by the partner.
How credit works
A referral is credited when a new contractor creates a Job Buddiez account using the partner's referral link or code. Earnings accrue only once that contractor processes electronic payments through Job Buddiez. A partner earns their stated percentage of the Job Buddiez fee on each qualifying transaction — not a percentage of the contractor's revenue.
Payouts
Balances are reviewed and paid manually by Job Buddiez. Each payout is recorded with a date, amount, method and reference, and appears in the partner's payout history. Balances are only payable on transactions that have settled and not been refunded or charged back.
Conduct
Partners must not use spam, paid search on Job Buddiez brand terms, misleading claims, or self-referral. Job Buddiez may deactivate a partner at any time. Deactivation stops new credit; earned history and any payable balance remain visible.
Changes
Job Buddiez may update commission rates or this policy at any time. Changes apply to earnings accrued after the change.
